We were thrilled to have Aaron speak at our all-company event, the “Wellness Wave.” Aaron’s story of perseverance, grit, and overcoming adversity deeply resonated with our team. His ability to connect through humor, authenticity, and vulnerability made his keynote not only incredibly inspiring, but also highly engaging and memorable. What stood out most was how thoughtfully Aaron tailored his message to reflect our business goals and the realities of being a scrappy, fast-moving startup. His themes of grit, resilience, and finding another way when faced with obstacles were perfectly aligned with the mindset we’re working to build across our team.He was a true professional, a passionate speaker, and someone we’d absolutely recommend to any company looking to energize and inspire their people.‍

We could not be more pleased with our choice of Aaron Golub as guest speaker for the 2023 AAASP ASPIRE Awards in Atlanta. His message of, “persisting despite every challenge,” was perfect, heartfelt and well received by all. As an organization serving young athletes with physical disabilities through sport, our alliance with the Georgia High School Association and the Georgia Department of Education opens doors, previously closed. But we know that our athletes must also become self-advocating. They must take stock of their talents and abilities and know how to share those with others in a confident, inspiring, non-confrontational way. Aaron’s message demonstrated that challenges and doubts will come, but they can be overcome with a positive attitude, self-examination, self-adjustmentand a belief in ourselves that become obvious and infectious to others. Thank you, Aaron. You are a great additional to any team – on and off the field.

On behalf of the entire ABLE Leadership team, I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your inspiring and motivating presentation during ABLE’s Signature Event. Your words resonated deeply with all participants, and the positive feedback we have received from attendees has been overwhelming. I wanted to share a message that was sent to us in the group chat by one of the participants: “What an inspiring and motivating story. In 2024, my nine-year-old son, an avid baseball player, had a heart transplant and below knee amputation as a result of cardiac arrest. After spending nine months in the hospital, he received his heart. Upon discharge on July 22, the hospital staff covered all the things he could not do. When they finished, he replied, “not yet.” They asked what he meant. And he said those are all things he can’t do “yet.” Thank you for sharing your journey. This week, not even three months after being discharged, he rejoined his baseball team on the field. I will share your experience with him. ”Sharing your time and story with us has already made a significant impact to our Business Resource Group and the contribution has provided a renewed sense of motivation and purpose for ABLE as we plan ahead for 2025. “Aaron Golub was the keynote speaker at the annual Signature Event for our Business Resource Group. Aaron's insights and personal anecdotes resonated deeply with all attendees, leaving all with a renewed sense of empowerment and determination. In all my years of playing in the NFL and coaching there after, I have met very few men who have the courage and confidence that Aaron Golub possesses. When Aaron first came to train with me to prepare for his NFL Pro Day, my first impression was: ‘Here’s a very athletic football player who possesses a strong work ethic, has mastered his skill, and operates through his training in a normal fashion.’ When he shared with me his legally blind status, and then allowed me to wear his goggles that replicate the very limited, blurred vision he has, I was shocked, and thoroughly impressed at all he has accomplished and continues to accomplish with a substantial vision challenge. I know whatever Aaron sets his mind on, he will accomplish! He has already and will continue to beat the odds.‍‍

Aaron Golub’s story is one that people of all ages can benefit from hearing. We invited Aaron to speak with our 5th–8th grade students during the day and to lead a parent engagement event in the evening. His inspiring message, combined with his dynamic and engaging delivery, captivated every audience. Our students were attentive and reflective throughout, and when it came time for questions, they offered thoughtful insights. A few parents even shared that their children, who usually don’t talk about school, were excited to share about Aaron’s presentation!

Aaron’s story highlights the messages our students need most—resilience, growth mindset, perseverance, and acceptance of those who are different. He left a lasting impression on our community, and I would highly recommend him to other school communities!

Thank you for finding Aaron and sharing him with our school community. I was extremely moved by his words about his life experiences, approach to daily life and obstacles, temporary and permanent, resilience, and adversity. His approach may be applied to people whether they are 12, 21 or 51 in any walk of life, just all being human. Surprisingly, he was so relatable in different ways. Emme came home and without me asking about her day, she chatted a little bit about Aaron’s talk. This rarely happens! Hands down, Aaron is one of the best speakers we have had in all of my years in the school. Thank you.

Aaron Golub delivered an impactful and thought-provoking presentation that encouraged our team to focus on how we approach disabilities and inclusion. His insights on shifting perspective, fostering open dialogue, and leveraging emotional intelligence were both practical and inspiring. We appreciate Aaron sharing his story with our group and for his vulnerability! The session was truly meaningful.

It was a pleasure to meet you at my high school yesterday. I thought your presentation was very insightful and reflective. You are an everyday hero. In spite of your challenges, your drive and grit got you to achieve your dreams and desired goals. Hopefully, a few of our kids can internalize that message and achieve their own dreams.

Aaron Golub’s presentations at Three Rivers School and Channahon Junior High were truly exceptional. His story of perseverance and resilience resonated with our 5th-8th grade students, inspiring them to reflect on their own challenges and goals. Aaron connected with our kids in a way that was both authentic and engaging, and our students commented on how "cool" it was that he was a Division 1 athlete!

Aaron figuratively and literally gave students a chance to see the world through his eyes. He encouraged them to see obstacles not as limitations but as opportunities to grow and learn. His message about hard work, attitude, and character fit perfectly with our Red Ribbon Week programming.

Our students and staff left feeling motivated and uplifted by his story and success. I would highly recommend Aaron to any school or district looking to inspire their students with a message that truly makes a lasting impact. Aaron is living proof that “when you are willing to do the work nobody else will do, you will get results nobody else can get.” Thank you, Aaron!

We were so excited to welcome Aaron Golub, the first legally blind Division 1 athlete, to Carden Conejo School for a special assembly with our 1st through 5th grade students. From the moment he started speaking, the kids were completely engaged by his story and the powerful message he shared.

Beyond his inspiring talk, Aaron was a total professional and a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time, was super easygoing, and made the whole planning process smooth and stress-free. He always got back to us quickly and made sure we were aligned on all the details ahead of time.

What really stood out was how well Aaron connected with the students. He spoke to them in a way that was honest, relatable, and truly inspiring. He shared the challenges he faced growing up blind and what it took to become an athlete at the Division 1 level. His story touched on resilience, mental strength, and determination, but also emphasized the importance of empathy, teamwork, and lifting each other up.

Throughout the assembly, the students were totally hooked. They asked thoughtful questions, and Aaron responded with so much patience, humor, and insight. He helped them better understand how he manages daily life, what it’s like being part of a team, and how he pushed through obstacles to chase his goals.

It was clear that Aaron made a real impact. His energy and openness created a space where kids felt comfortable asking questions and sharing their own thoughts. They walked away feeling inspired and more confident in their ability to tackle their own challenges—just like Aaron has.

We’re incredibly grateful Aaron took the time to visit our school. He’s an amazing role model, and his visit left a lasting impression on our entire community.

Today, we had the privilege of welcoming Aaron Golub to the YCDS campus. Aaron shared his truly inspirational story, one that challenges us to rethink our limitations and focus on what’s possible when we lead with purpose, collaborate with intention, and communicate with clarity. His journey reminded us that leadership isn’t about titles, but about influence; collaboration is about valuing every voice; and communication is the bridge that makes both possible. We are grateful for the lessons, the motivation, and the reminder that resilience and determination can open doors we never imagined. Thank you, Aaron, for inspiring our community today!

I am still receiving rave reviews of your presentation. The teachers ABSOLUTELY loved your visit.
